Sensitive client information is never shared between Alliance partners. We’ve seen what happens when firms get this wrong – loose talk, weak boundaries, and compromised trust. We don’t blur the lines, protecting your information with concrete ethics and zero compromise.
Data privacy, client confidentiality, and organisational independence are paramount to the LOOP Alliance. We are comprised of fully separate, purpose-led businesses that collaborate selectively - and always with clear boundaries.
In practice…
While we partner on aligned initiatives, we do not share client information, systems, or data unless we have been explicitly asked to do so by the client. This strict separation reflects the high-trust environments we work in, and our shared commitment to protecting the integrity of public sector partnerships.

Each organisation maintains a completely separate CRM system. We do not have access to each other’s client information, project records, or commercial data.
We use separate email domains, file storage systems, and project management tools. This ensures strict boundaries between our day-to-day operations.
Our teams sign confidentiality agreements specific to their own employer. Any collaboration between us involves clearly defined scopes of work, with client consent.
We have clearly documented internal policies and practices that govern data security and confidentiality. These are shaped by our experience working with government clients and sensitive data environments.
We have built robust protocols in relation to sensitive, classified, or high-trust data in our core businesses.
